A joke bracket episode for March Madness: Mike DeHaan, Dan Austin and guest Alex Braich seed 16 real estate gurus and argue over who would survive a Hunger Games-style island showdown. Along the way they riff on gambling limits, David Greene's foreclosures, Brandon Turner's troubles, and BiggerPockets firing both podcast hosts, before crowning a champion by coin flip.

Key takeaways

  • The bracket's one seeds were Pace Morby, Brandon Turner, Grant Cardone and Robert Kiyosaki; two seeds were David Greene, Ryan Pineda, Investor Girl Britt and Jerry Norton.
  • Grant Cardone was named the ultimate champion, beating Dan Austin on a coin flip in the final; Brandon Turner and Cole Ruud-Johnson rounded out the top four.
  • The hosts mention that a member of their community has been eyeing making an offer on a David Greene foreclosure, and note BiggerPockets fired both of its podcast hosts.
  • Mike and Dan contrast their own track record with headline guru blowups, saying they've had properties sit empty for years and still paid the mortgage.
  • The crew floated a 'no-show jar' to fine hosts who skip recordings, with the pot to be gambled on a single bet in Vegas.
  • On gambling limits, Mike and Alex capped their comfortable one-bet loss around $100 while Dan said $1,000 to $5,000 if the thrill was worth it.

Mike DeHaan: [0:00] March Madness started today. It's very important that we do something related.

Dan Austin: [0:04] Is your bracket done? No. We should do some brackets. Let's put a thousand bucks you and me in a bracket.

Mike DeHaan: [0:08] We have our own bracket right now, right here. The real estate guru bracket. I'm very excited about it. It's gonna be a great show.

Dan Austin: [0:15] Golly. I do wanna do some serious gambling.

Mike DeHaan: [0:20] What's going on, guys? Welcome to collecting keys. I'm your host, Mike DeHaan here with Dan Austin and special guest today, Alex Braich. Is that right? Hey. Braetch. Braetch. Braetch.

Alex Braich: [0:31] It's all good.

Mike DeHaan: [0:31] After 487 episode, you think I would ask the guest how to say their last name. But, you know Never. Whatever. Yeah. Never. Just lean into it. But, yeah, Dylan's gone because I don't know what he's doing. He just messaged and was like, I'm out on Thursday. So goodbye, Dylan.

Dan Austin: [0:46] Yeah. I guess he's he's been out, like, three weeks. I know. We should check-in on him.

Mike DeHaan: [0:50] Probably should. I don't know what's going on over in Cincinnati. Hopefully, he's okay. I mean, one time he even, like, took a week to respond to our Slack messages. I'm getting worried.

Dan Austin: [0:58] Yeah. That is worrisome. Yeah.

Alex Braich: [1:01] I responded pretty quickly. Just letting you know. I responded immediately.

Mike DeHaan: [1:05] I know. And I needed a backup. Spots filled. Yeah. I messaged Alex. Alex was like, I will be here. So Alex has been on the show before. I don't know. A few months ago, you came to talk about the challenges that you were finding sort of getting started in this in the real estate industry with, the current state of the economy. But, anyways, for today, we have a super special episode. So in honor of March Madness, I have built out a bracket, and it is basically one to four seeds of real estate gurus. And I rank them based off of my own opinions on how big they were. So it's just as controversial as it is with the actual March Madness seating where they're trying to figure out how to place everybody. But the premise of this is going to be that we are going to decide between us who would win in a Hunger Games style game of survival. And so I wanna emphasize this isn't like a boxing match. It's not like a one on one duel. But if they are both put on an island and one has to outlast the other one, they can choose to kill the other person. They can choose to just, like, go and survive. They can choose to, like, do some sneaky like, I'm gonna poison this person, whatever. Who's gonna who's gonna survive?

Mike DeHaan: [2:15] And then we're gonna go through the bracket, we will see who will be the ultimate champion of the real estate guru death match. Dan, you look. You're looking so excited. I'm so ready for this. I'm just here, so I don't get

Dan Austin: [2:24] I'm I'm only here, so I don't get fined.

Mike DeHaan: [2:27] Yeah. We can't have that. We can't have you putting any money in the, don't show up jar just like Dylan has to, which is the thing I just invented that we're definitely gonna do.

Dan Austin: [2:34] That's like $5. You gotta do it every time you miss an episode.

Mike DeHaan: [2:37] Well, really, what what we need to do this is what will get Dylan fired up is if every time he no shows, he has to, like, give us some of his Bitcoin. That will, like, just ruin

Dan Austin: [2:47] his Especially right now.

Mike DeHaan: [2:48] I know.

Dan Austin: [2:49] Yeah. Interesting. That's actually a good I like this incentive. Like, every time you don't show up, you gotta put something in the no show tip jar.

Mike DeHaan: [2:54] That's a good idea. And then do we just get it? Like, where does it get distributed to?

Dan Austin: [2:59] Whenever we take a trip to the casino, we get to try to double our money. But it all has to be gambled on one one bet at a time.

Mike DeHaan: [3:05] That's a good idea, actually. Every time we do one of our twice a year trips to Vegas for business, we just like go and put it on black. That's a really good idea. I kinda like this, seriously.

Dan Austin: [3:14] Let me ask you this before we start getting into this is Yeah. Is the thrill of winning $5,000 better, or is it big enough that you're not afraid to lose $5,000 in a just like one one hand, one bet, one gamble?

Mike DeHaan: [3:30] No. Not for me.

Dan Austin: [3:32] What's the number? Because there's there's like a number where you're like, I don't give a shit if I lose this because winning it it's not that you don't give a shit about losing it. It's that winning it would be so exciting that the risk of losing it is, like, reduced.

Mike DeHaan: [3:45] Well, I'm not really a good degenerate gambler. So, like, for me, honestly, it's probably a $100.

Dan Austin: [3:49] Okay. Alex, what what about you? Is there a number?

Alex Braich: [3:51] Yeah. If you would've asked me a year ago, I would've sent, like, $20. But, yeah, $100 at this point. I'm not a big gambler myself.

Mike DeHaan: [3:58] Oh, so you've gone up. You've five x.

Dan Austin: [4:00] Okay. Yeah.

Alex Braich: [4:01] Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. What about you?

Dan Austin: [4:03] I'm probably 1 to 5,000.

Mike DeHaan: [4:07] Well, so I'm gonna hold you to that. We're going to Vegas here in two weeks for a lending But

Dan Austin: [4:12] keep in mind the thrill of winning, it has to be like, it has to be good. So if I'm not in the thrill mood, it's

Mike DeHaan: [4:17] not gonna work. But I mean, you saw me. What did I what was

Dan Austin: [4:20] that last hand I what was that last hand I played? Was it like 4 or $500 that I lost on roulette?

Mike DeHaan: [4:25] Did I go

Dan Austin: [4:25] did I go like black or

Mike DeHaan: [4:26] red

Dan Austin: [4:27] or something like that?

Mike DeHaan: [4:28] Well, we we kept having Chance place the bets, and he kept winning.

Dan Austin: [4:31] And then I placed the bet. That's right. And then I lost.

Mike DeHaan: [4:33] And then you then you lost. Yeah.

Dan Austin: [4:34] That makes It was only

Mike DeHaan: [4:35] 4 or $500. I can't remember what it was, but then I was like, goddamn it. But the problem is that was your earnings. You didn't lose my that's what you were up already. So that's basically fake money.

Dan Austin: [4:44] I had the best run after you went to bed like a little baby. I had the best run on a slot machine with Chance. And I'm not a slot machine guy, but we both walked away. And I gave him like of the favorable share, I still walked away with like 4 or $500 from that. Well, like twenty minutes slot run. Like, was fun. We made a lot of money.

Mike DeHaan: [4:59] Yeah. I think that if it's you're playing with winnings, it's different because it's fake money. Yeah. It's playing with your earnings. Right? Go to the ATM, pull out a thousand dollars, and then immediately go and put that on black. I bet you'll feel really dumb if you lose that.

Dan Austin: [5:12] I'll probably feel dumb, but as long as the thrill in the moment is worth it, like, then just go for it.

Alex Braich: [5:17] Couple of drinks, you know? Couple of cocktails.

Dan Austin: [5:20] Couple of cocktails, you know, I'll be getting buzzed up. And Yeah. I tried getting into baccarat, but there was these, like, two or three Chinese dudes. And They did not want you at the table. They were not nice. Dude, they like waved me to get away. Like they were like, get off our table, dude. Was like, Jesus Christ. They didn't speak any English. They were not friendly at all. And they were dropping money. Yeah. They're like a lot of money.

Mike DeHaan: [5:40] It was crazy. But that's alright. Next time you make up for it, and you can pretend like you know how to play baccarat. Alright. It's hard. Not hard. Alright, guys. So I'm gonna screen share on this. So it's set up. And so we have one four seeds with four sides. And so everyone knows my one seeds are Pace Morby, Brandon Turner, Grant Cardone, Robert Kiyosaki. So when you ranked

Dan Austin: [6:05] them, was this based on their physical abilities or just the size of their guruness?

Mike DeHaan: [6:09] Based on the size of the guruness.

Dan Austin: [6:10] Oh, okay.

Mike DeHaan: [6:11] Okay. Okay. Yeah. So my two seeds are David Green, ex BiggerPocket host, Ryan Pineda, Investor Girl, Brit, and Jerry Norton. My three seeds are Coleridge Johnson, Ryan Dossi, Thatch Nguyen, Brent Daniels. And then my four seeds are Tiffany High, the FI couple, little duo there, Tarl Yarber, and our very own Dan Austin. Hate this too. Wow. So and reminder, this is a sighting who would win between these pairs in a Hunger Games style of survival.

Dan Austin: [6:44] Okay. And can you please describe the island for the audience that they're gonna be stuck on? Is there caves? Are there trees? Is it just sand?

Mike DeHaan: [6:50] Yeah. So so it is a, like, an isolated tropical island, and it is about, I don't know, couple square miles. So not terribly big. And throughout the island are, you know, different drops of supplies, different things, but they're very limited. And if they want to attack each other, they pretty much have to use makeshift weapons. So it's not like full hunger games where they're dropping, like, swords and shit out there.

Dan Austin: [7:14] Okay. So they don't do they get, like, 10 items they can bring, like, to show alone or what?

Mike DeHaan: [7:18] Show alone. No. They get to bring nothing except what is on their person.

Dan Austin: [7:22] Okay. So like clothes, they can't have, like, fishing hooks or

Mike DeHaan: [7:25] No.

Dan Austin: [7:25] Pocket knives, nothing? Nope. Okay.

Mike DeHaan: [7:27] No. Yep. And then we'll say that they are aware of each other, and they are fully know Nah.

Dan Austin: [7:31] We gotta go naked and afraid on this one.

Mike DeHaan: [7:33] Naked and afraid. No. Let's get weird. Let's get weird. We got some females on here. But so they're fully aware of each other, and they know the premise of that they are supposed to outlast in order to get the person. And then if they get to the championship, they get to be crowned the ultimate real estate guru, and they get to raise unlimited money that they get to steal from all their investors.

Dan Austin: [7:53] Alright. Perfect.

Mike DeHaan: [7:54] Alright. So start top left. Pace Morby and Tiffany High. So if you're thinking about these two. Alright. So think about them as people. What what should I think about them as? Yeah. Yeah. Right. Mean, it's honestly would say a pretty easy one to start. I think Tiffany would be out instantly. She's whiny.

Dan Austin: [8:12] Pace is definitely scrappy. I mean, he's been arrested before a few times or at least had been lawsuits against him. So I know he's Yeah.

Mike DeHaan: [8:19] He's a tough he's scrappy. And he lives out on his branch out in Kalispell. You know? He does like His subject to ranch. He does like manual labor stuff. Whereas Tiffany, think He's got a beard. Pretty much just would be able to

Dan Austin: [8:32] I will say this. So you can't just give it to Pace. There's a good argument here. Tiffany High, she looks a little scrappy. She looks like she's tough. And she's got kids, so she's got mama strength. So So does Pace.

Mike DeHaan: [8:44] But he only hangs out with his kids, on social media.

Dan Austin: [8:46] Exactly. He's probably a terrible dad and has no paternal instincts where she

Mike DeHaan: [8:50] has I don't know about that. That's a little harsh. Mama, but you're talking

Dan Austin: [8:54] about killing these people. What are you talking about that's harsh

Mike DeHaan: [8:56] to you? I'm not talking about anything. They're they're trying to outlast each other. So you think one would try to get the other one? I don't think they would. I think that they would basically just walk around and, like, talk each other for, like, a few days.

Alex Braich: [9:05] She's also from Ohio, isn't she? Yeah. The rusty That's yeah. I don't know.

Mike DeHaan: [9:10] Well, I so she's screwed on a tropical island where there's any change in terrain. Like, she's shot she's gonna roll her ankle walking up a hill. Did they even have those in Ohio?

Dan Austin: [9:18] Do they even have hills and islands? Let's get this straight. You never said there was

Alex Braich: [9:21] a hill

Mike DeHaan: [9:21] on an island. It's true. I did it. It's true.

Dan Austin: [9:25] I mean, I'm going an upset. I'm going Tiffany high on this one.

Mike DeHaan: [9:27] Going Tiffany high? No way. I'm seeing pace.

Alex Braich: [9:30] Yeah. I'm going pace on this one all day.

Mike DeHaan: [9:32] Okay. Two to one. Pace. Moving on.

Dan Austin: [9:35] I mean, is it just based on what you guys say then?

Mike DeHaan: [9:38] Is that how we're doing this?

Dan Austin: [9:38] No. It's

Mike DeHaan: [9:40] two to one. Do we

Dan Austin: [9:40] have to, like, agree on this?

Mike DeHaan: [9:41] This is why we need three people because basically the the majority moves forward.

Alex Braich: [9:45] Okay.

Dan Austin: [9:46] Yep. You and I would just argue for an hour.

Mike DeHaan: [9:47] Exactly. Yeah. So alright. Next one. David Green versus Cole Rudd Johnson.

Dan Austin: [9:52] Cole Rudd. David Green is unhealthy as shit.

Mike DeHaan: [9:54] You think so? Mhmm.

Dan Austin: [9:55] He is. I've seen him.

Mike DeHaan: [9:57] Yeah. Yeah. They're both, like, super big dudes. Mhmm. And so I I would imagine they would probably just, like, fight, like, two bears.

Dan Austin: [10:03] Cole's also, what, twenty years younger? That's true. There's a lot to be said.

Alex Braich: [10:07] Cole also played a lot of basketball. I remember. I think he played in college too. I think he's more athletic than David Green.

Mike DeHaan: [10:14] Yeah. Cole can ski. I've skied with him. There we go. Yeah. I mean, I think Cole's probably a pretty good guess mostly because I think David Green would get kinda hot and just have heat stroke.

Dan Austin: [10:21] Yeah. I think you'd fall over, dude, on top of all of his houses that are going into foreclosure right now. He would.

Mike DeHaan: [10:26] Yeah. How how many offers have you made on David Greenhouses at this point, Alex?

Alex Braich: [10:30] There's one that I've been just keeping an eye on out here, like, nonstop because I was like, damn. We might wanna buy that house ourselves. Like Yeah.

Mike DeHaan: [10:36] Just to live in. Goddamn. What? Oh, really? It's a good one. Just to think. He he was the It's decent area. Yeah. The face of residential real estate for so long. And now, like, we have people in our community that are making offers on this foreclosure house. Let's spoil

Alex Braich: [10:48] the joke.

Mike DeHaan: [10:49] I will say we've had some ups and downs, Dan. We have never even remotely been close to having something go that sideways. Don't even know how that happens.

Dan Austin: [10:58] Pay our bills, dude.

Mike DeHaan: [10:59] We pay our bills. It's like, we've even had properties that have sat empty for years, and we still pay the freaking mortgage.

Dan Austin: [11:05] Yeah. We have one right now.

Mike DeHaan: [11:06] Yeah. We're gonna sell that one though. Alright. Grant Cardone and Tarl Yarber. And if guys you aren't familiar with Tarl Yarber, he is one of the old members of the, like, Brandon Turner cool kids crew. What's the expo that he runs now? He runs one of, like, the big conferences. Infinite or Infinite? Infinite Expo, something like that. But he if you look him up, he was based out of Seattle. He used to have a huge flipping company. Turns out he actually just kinda sucked at flipping houses from what I've heard. And so when the economy turned over, he got cooked pretty bad, and now he runs a conference to teach people how to flip houses like everyone else does. That's my favorite. Yeah. And then Grant Cardone. Everyone knows Grant. If you don't know Grant Cardone, I don't know. Figure it out. So so we got these dudes, though. Carl's a lot younger. Grant is old guy, lot of money, but I also feel like Grant is one of those dudes that he would cheat, lie, manipulate, and just be a general survivor. Like, honestly, if I was looking at favorites for this whole thing, Grant would be up there for me.

Dan Austin: [12:01] So he does have age working against him. Does he get to fly in his brother?

Mike DeHaan: [12:06] No. His twin brother? No. But see, but then here's the here's the difference is I feel like Grant would be like training for it, like, pretty heavily. He would wanna be prepared.

Dan Austin: [12:12] Yeah. Taro Yarber does a lot of jujitsu though.

Mike DeHaan: [12:15] Yeah. But we talked about that when we were in Austin this past week, dude.

Dan Austin: [12:18] He can just lay on his back and

Mike DeHaan: [12:19] put him

Dan Austin: [12:20] in his guard.

Mike DeHaan: [12:20] Exactly. That like, to defeat someone in jujitsu if they're not, like, agreeing to participate, basically just have to lay down and wait for them to, like, get on you. Otherwise, you're in trouble.

Alex Braich: [12:29] And you can't you can't stop a knife either that way. You know?

Mike DeHaan: [12:32] It's true. Right? He's just, laying on his back. Just yeah.

Dan Austin: [12:36] You know? Here's something I'll say though. I'm willing to bet Grant Cardone's a pretty small dude. And Taro Yarber, I think, is like somewhat sizable.

Mike DeHaan: [12:44] Is he? Let me look.

Dan Austin: [12:45] Can we get some stats? I bet Grant Cardone's like five six.

Mike DeHaan: [12:48] Grant Cardone height and weight. He looks pretty stacked in this picture. But you know what? The camera adds inches and pounds. According to Wikipedia, five foot nine and one sixty five. Seems like your size, Dan.

Dan Austin: [13:03] Oh, yeah. Except around thirty pounds heavier.

Mike DeHaan: [13:05] Yeah. Yeah. Because you actually work out, and he's, you know, in his sixties.

Dan Austin: [13:08] The one question. How come Andy Elliott didn't make this?

Mike DeHaan: [13:11] He's not a real estate guru.

Dan Austin: [13:12] He's a guru of anybody.

Mike DeHaan: [13:13] I know. I did I did think about adding him, but I did not wanna grace him with any kind of attention.

Dan Austin: [13:18] And Eric Klein. Eric Klein and Andy Elliott would have been great.

Mike DeHaan: [13:21] Eric Klein would have been a good one.

Dan Austin: [13:22] Yeah. He would he's a scrapper. He's been jail Yeah. Or prison.

Mike DeHaan: [13:25] I don't

Dan Austin: [13:25] know which one. I'm going Tarl on this one. Tarl?

Mike DeHaan: [13:28] I'm saying Grant.

Alex Braich: [13:29] I gotta go with Grant.

Mike DeHaan: [13:30] Look up Tarl's stats. Tarl's a bean pole. Tarl's gonna be the same weight, but, like, five inches bigger.

Dan Austin: [13:35] Those are the hardest guys to fight, dude. He's he's gonna be yeah, dude. Reach, man. Have you ever watched a fight?

Mike DeHaan: [13:40] If you got reach, dude, come on. You gotta be strong, though.

Dan Austin: [13:43] And you actually train? And Grant Cardone's literally almost 70, dude.

Mike DeHaan: [13:46] There is no public information. But go for it.

Alex Braich: [13:49] But at the same time, I feel like I feel like Grant has probably done this before too.

Mike DeHaan: [13:54] Right. That's fair. If he

Dan Austin: [13:56] could make money, he's definitely done.

Mike DeHaan: [13:57] Yeah. That's fair.

Alex Braich: [13:58] Yeah. I feel like he's done this before.

Mike DeHaan: [14:00] Yeah. Yeah. So like, Tarl is even famous enough to have his stats out there, so I have no idea.

Dan Austin: [14:03] Okay. I bet you he's six foot. Maybe one seventy five. Maybe one eighty. That's a tough reach to beat, but I mean, you guys are the experts.

Mike DeHaan: [14:13] I'm saying Grant.

Dan Austin: [14:16] Okay.

Mike DeHaan: [14:17] What do think, Alex? You're the decider.

Alex Braich: [14:19] No. I gotta go with Grant. I think he has experience of stabbing people and killing people.

Dan Austin: [14:23] Steal people's watches. Yeah.

Mike DeHaan: [14:27] Hey. They they were just at the investor meeting. They knew what they

Dan Austin: [14:30] were signing up for. Oh, man.

Mike DeHaan: [14:31] But alright. Investor girl, Britt, and Thatch Nguyen. So you guys probably all know investor girl, Britt. If you don't, your algorithms are way less toxic than mine. And Thatch is another investor based out of Seattle. He's a well, Vietnamese background, based off the name. His old thing is he's an immigrant, and now he basically builds these ADUs. Overall, I've heard he's a good dude, but he definitely leans very heavy into a specific kind of guruism. Thatch is like in his sixties probably. Best girl Brit's like what? 32 maybe. Oh, yeah. How tall is she? What's her height weight, bud? You know what's messed up? Is there's probably that information available.

Dan Austin: [15:08] Oh, you know it by heart, dude. You know it by heart.

Mike DeHaan: [15:11] I do not. Curious Spring. Yeah. What's her address again? Don't know. Let's see. Brittany Arvison. That is not correct.

Dan Austin: [15:22] What does it say? Sis is stacked. Oh,

Mike DeHaan: [15:25] wait. This is a Britney is five eleven and two hundred and one pounds? No.

Alex Braich: [15:31] Two hundred doesn't shake out. Five eleven shakes out.

Mike DeHaan: [15:33] She's pretty tall. Yeah. She's pretty tall. I'm sure she's like one thirty five.

Dan Austin: [15:36] Yeah. So this is actually a tough one. This is actually a really good matchup because Thatch is a he is an immigrant from Vietnam. So he kinda knows how to live. Right? Like, out in the woods. And Vista Girl Britt also lives on an island and owns a hotel on island. So she has some expertise of islanding.

Mike DeHaan: [15:52] Okay. I was I was just asking because she lives off an island with how disconnected she is from reality now. But she did she she did used to be from, like, Canada, and she was out, like, fixing up things herself. Like, she's definitely not immune to hard work.

Dan Austin: [16:03] And she's got some height, and she's healthy.

Mike DeHaan: [16:05] I feel like I'm gonna michael with investor girl, Britt, just because I feel like, again, Thatch might just be too old. He'll get tired. But he's also, like, so full of life, though. I don't know how

Dan Austin: [16:15] that checks out when Grant Cardone's the same age and you picked him over Tarly Arbor.

Mike DeHaan: [16:19] But That's true, actually. Now I change it.

Dan Austin: [16:20] And investor girl, Britt, pulls him into her guard. She's choking him out all day long. You think so? Yeah. And she's not going to though. She's going to survive on the island, and he's going to wither away and die.

Mike DeHaan: [16:31] That's kind of my thought is that she will just like survive out there. She'll just run away

Dan Austin: [16:35] and she'll survive. She won't fight. She's too nice. She won't Do fight

Alex Braich: [16:38] you guys know a lot of Vietnamese people? These guys are these guys are brutal.

Dan Austin: [16:41] I don't know.

Mike DeHaan: [16:42] True. I We we did learn that for like fifteen years. He might build some like traps out there for her.

Alex Braich: [16:47] That's a good You know? He knows the environment nonstop.

Mike DeHaan: [16:51] Well, he's gonna build an ADU on the back of the island, and he's gonna live there. He's gonna be filming content.

Dan Austin: [17:00] A bamboo a bamboo ADU. Yeah. Filming content.

Mike DeHaan: [17:04] I think I'm gonna say thatch.

Dan Austin: [17:05] Yeah. I agree. I'm going to investor girl, Britt.

Mike DeHaan: [17:08] Just get to them. They win every time. Alright. Next one. Brandon Turner and the FI couple. So if you don't know the FI couple, just look them up. They're like the people these people that pretend to be poor so that they can like inspire people, but really they make millions of dollars off their YouTube channel.

Dan Austin: [17:22] So I'm going Brandon Turner all the way. The five couple's weak. The husband's weak. Brandon Turner's got tons of length. And also he's he's fighting for his life right now. So he's scrappy.

Mike DeHaan: [17:33] Yeah. He already is able to keep up a guard with everything going sideways. Easy one.

Dan Austin: [17:39] Mhmm. He's got a beard too, which will protect his face in the heat. Mhmm. Yeah. He can store water in the beard too if

Mike DeHaan: [17:45] he needs to. And just like siphon it out.

Dan Austin: [17:47] Use it to use it to trap birds that's that's maybe a nesting area. He could probably just eat, and he's got the lord fighting on his side.

Mike DeHaan: [17:57] It does. That's true. I think the f I couple says they do too, but I don't know.

Dan Austin: [18:00] Yeah. Not that's not the same god. Brainstormers god's stronger. My god is better than your god.

Mike DeHaan: [18:08] Ryan Pineda versus Ryan Dossey. Come on, dude. What? I mean, Ryan Pineda all day

Dan Austin: [18:13] long, dude. You think so?

Mike DeHaan: [18:15] Yes. I don't think so. I I feel like he's too much of a pretty boy. I feel like Ryan's crafty enough that he would get away from him. And so like talk about building traps. Ryan's the guy that would like figure out how to trap Pineda.

Dan Austin: [18:25] So in a head to head fight straight away, Ryan Pineda. But if there's having to outlast each other, I agree. Ryan Dossi's gonna be the smarter one.

Mike DeHaan: [18:33] Mhmm. So again, in the Hunger Games, the reason that Katniss wins is that she runs away, and she's able to be smart, and then pick off the the good people as they expose themselves. I think Ryan will be the same.

Dan Austin: [18:43] What would it be?

Alex Braich: [18:44] I gotta go Pineda. I gotta go Pineda on this one because, wasn't he a professional athlete too?

Dan Austin: [18:49] He was a professional athlete.

Mike DeHaan: [18:50] He was baseball player,

Alex Braich: [18:51] which is like Okay.

Mike DeHaan: [18:53] This is baseball. It

Dan Austin: [18:54] counts. It counts.

Mike DeHaan: [18:55] It does. Like, those guys are strong, but, you know, if they gotta run more than 33 feet or whatever just the first base, they're in big trouble.

Dan Austin: [19:01] He also does peptides. True.

Alex Braich: [19:03] So the strategy would be just get them immediately at that point.

Mike DeHaan: [19:06] Yeah. They said, like, he just books out. That's true. If you like if they, like, drop them off 50 feet from each other

Dan Austin: [19:11] and then Pineda just rushes, it Dossi's done. Yeah. Mean, Ryan doesn't seem fit, though. Like, he's been

Mike DeHaan: [19:16] on health working out.

Dan Austin: [19:18] Yeah. I I don't know. This is a tough one dude, actually. I thought it'd be easier. The pink hair and like stuff like that would help Pineda because he could catch birds because they'd think he was like a cockatiel or something like that. And so they would fly around him and could get a bird to eat.

Mike DeHaan: [19:30] It's true.

Alex Braich: [19:31] I think Ryan Pineda is just a sprint. So he's not he's not thinking survival long term. He's going balls to the wall.

Mike DeHaan: [19:38] Going Pineda. Sorry, Ryan. Ryan Dossie. Maybe next time maybe next time you'll get paired up against, Tarl Yarber. Alright. Wait. Okay. Alright. Next one. And this is the real questionable one because who put this guy as a four seed?

Dan Austin: [19:53] I should not be a four seed.

Mike DeHaan: [19:55] Robert Kiyosaki versus Dan Austin. You are because, like, technically compared to the rest of these people, you're not even an influencer.

Dan Austin: [20:00] I had to have to do a playing game just to get here.

Mike DeHaan: [20:03] Yeah. Dude, you have less

Dan Austin: [20:04] I'm a Cinderella.

Mike DeHaan: [20:05] You have less followers, and these people get likes on their posts. Yeah. You're right.

Dan Austin: [20:09] I don't

Mike DeHaan: [20:10] even know.

Dan Austin: [20:10] I made it. You're right. I'm not a guru. You used to be. I'm the worst guru.

Mike DeHaan: [20:14] I mean, we we have probably close to the longest running real estate podcast that is out there.

Dan Austin: [20:18] A 100%. Didn't the bigger pockets even cancel theirs?

Mike DeHaan: [20:21] Did they?

Dan Austin: [20:22] I don't know. It seems like they should.

Mike DeHaan: [20:23] I would be very surprised

Alex Braich: [20:24] by that.

Mike DeHaan: [20:24] They probably should.

Dan Austin: [20:26] They don't no. Oh, sorry. They fired both their hosts.

Mike DeHaan: [20:28] That's right. One

Alex Braich: [20:30] of them's on this list.

Dan Austin: [20:31] Yeah. That's true. Two of them are on this list.

Mike DeHaan: [20:34] Two of them.

Alex Braich: [20:35] Oh, that's right.

Mike DeHaan: [20:36] So in my mind, this is the first, like big seating upset. I think Austin walks all over Robert Kiyosaki.

Dan Austin: [20:41] Dude, he's too old. I'm whooping him up.

Mike DeHaan: [20:43] He's super old. And, you know, the whole point, he's just gonna try and be begging you convincing that oil futures really are what you should be investing in. You know what? And he was right.

Dan Austin: [20:53] Just like And gold. He kept talking about gold, dude. This dude was all over it. Like, I wish I would have followed Robert Kiyosaki's investing strategy.

Mike DeHaan: [21:00] But at the end of it, easy. Dan's actually been to war.

Alex Braich: [21:04] Robert

Mike DeHaan: [21:05] Kiyosaki, do not believe that.

Alex Braich: [21:06] I'll take that one.

Dan Austin: [21:07] Thank you for appeasing my ego.

Mike DeHaan: [21:08] Alright. Jerry Norton versus Brent Daniels. This stuff is basically the same person.

Dan Austin: [21:12] I've never seen Jerry Norton, so I don't know.

Mike DeHaan: [21:14] He looks like Brent Daniels, but with a slightly less square face.

Dan Austin: [21:18] Let me Google him so I can see his facial structure. That'll let me know right away if he's a fighter.

Mike DeHaan: [21:21] Yeah.

Alex Braich: [21:22] Doesn't Jerry live in like the, jungle right now or like or not the jungle.

Mike DeHaan: [21:26] He lives in Arizona.

Alex Braich: [21:27] Oh, does he?

Mike DeHaan: [21:28] Okay. I think so. Yeah. He always he did for a while because he was part he was like homies with, like, PACE and a lot of those guys.

Dan Austin: [21:33] Wasn't he in Puerto Rico or something like that?

Mike DeHaan: [21:36] Oh, he doesn't wanna pay Maybe. He doesn't wanna pay taxes and he wants to hang out with Latina women? That's probably a good idea. I mean, sounds great. They're

Dan Austin: [21:43] feisty. I'm going Brent Daniels on this.

Mike DeHaan: [21:45] Brent Daniels is, like, pretty fit.

Alex Braich: [21:47] Yeah.

Dan Austin: [21:47] Yeah. I'm going Brent Daniels. And he's scrappy looking.

Mike DeHaan: [21:49] But the problem is is is Brent Daniels would have to, like, get by without, like, shouting about how you need to just talk to people more.

Dan Austin: [21:55] Yeah. TTP, baby. Just talk to people. TTP. I mean, he's not wrong. But Alright.

Mike DeHaan: [22:01] Easy pick. Alright. Pace Morrie versus Cole Red Johnson.

Dan Austin: [22:04] It's Cole all day. It has to Cole. Doesn't have to be anybody, Mike.

Mike DeHaan: [22:08] I feel like it's Cole. I just don't think Pace would be Pace would be too tired from his all the time he spent with Tiffany trying to convince her to overpay for her assets.

Dan Austin: [22:16] Yeah. He probably bought her shoes subject to so he has two shoes and she has no shoes, and it has nothing to do with her shoes.

Mike DeHaan: [22:24] Why? They only have what's on

Dan Austin: [22:27] their back. Right? So shoes would be valuable in an environment like that.

Mike DeHaan: [22:30] Oh, so so he bought the shoe he bought her shoes from her.

Dan Austin: [22:33] Subject to. He's gonna make payments Yeah.

Mike DeHaan: [22:35] He's gonna make payments on your shoes.

Dan Austin: [22:36] It's a

Mike DeHaan: [22:37] seller wrap.

Dan Austin: [22:37] You gotta sell a wrap on that bitch.

Mike DeHaan: [22:40] Gotta sell a wrap on all the all the goods that she put together. Oh my god.

Dan Austin: [22:45] I mean, you think about it, a woman is much better at this, because say they bring like their normal clothes. Like you've got like a bra that has like a wire in it. You can use that bra wire for like a hook. You know, you've got Capri pants so that your ankles don't get wet, you know?

Mike DeHaan: [23:00] Trying to think of trying to

Dan Austin: [23:01] think of other things, dude. You know?

Alex Braich: [23:05] Oh, yeah. Go on, Dan. I need to hear more of this. Yeah. More examples.

Dan Austin: [23:09] They've got their hair their hair clips, dude. You could use those hair clips for tools out there in the those

Alex Braich: [23:13] are helpful.

Dan Austin: [23:14] That's probably it. Yeah.

Mike DeHaan: [23:17] So Pace versus Cole. Like, if we have the I mean, age isn't as much of a factor. Cole's definitely more of an athlete. Pace, would say, is gonna be more of like a hustler. I also think Pace will be super patient. So maybe he could, like, outlast Cole.

Dan Austin: [23:31] Well, if you're thinking about it just from a starvation standpoint, Cole's probably got a little bit more meat on his bones to survive. True. That's true. So he could starve him out.

Mike DeHaan: [23:39] Yeah. But again, then Pace shows up and is trying to buy Cole's food on terms. Yeah.

Dan Austin: [23:47] True. Well, at this point, gosh, they're probably well fed if they've eaten their other opponent. Cole

Mike DeHaan: [23:54] is very well fed. Yeah. He basically killed a water buffalo in the last one.

Dan Austin: [23:58] He's Yeah, dude. And that that blubber, the fat is really valuable in a survival instance because you can use it

Mike DeHaan: [24:05] When you're in the wilderness, it's called sinew. Okay. You gotta say it

Dan Austin: [24:07] right. Sinew. He's got sinew candles that he's made so he has light in middle the of the night so he can actually be productive throughout the evenings where pace maybe doesn't have that same opportunity.

Mike DeHaan: [24:16] Nah. Definitely not. He's got

Dan Austin: [24:17] plenty of meat that he's smoked and that he's able to nibble on. I mean, he probably scooped out the brains, which is high in fat. I'm going Cole Rudd. He's more fed.

Alex Braich: [24:28] Gotta go Cole too on that one. Yeah.

Dan Austin: [24:30] Yeah. He's got he's more fed.

Mike DeHaan: [24:31] Yeah. I agree with Cole. I agree with Cole. Alright. If he

Alex Braich: [24:34] could beat David Green, I think he could beat Pace Warmay. For sure, dude.

Dan Austin: [24:37] For sure.

Mike DeHaan: [24:38] Yeah. I think so. Grant Cardone and Thatch Nguyen. Oh. This is like the, the battle of the boomers right here. Yeah. Not quite boomers, but sixties. But is that boomers?

Dan Austin: [24:50] I think Grant Cardone. I mean, Thatch lived with his mom and dad until he's, like, 35.

Mike DeHaan: [24:54] Yeah. But that's like, a, a cultural thing, b, a He's a mom as well. Financial decision. Maybe. It's true.

Dan Austin: [25:00] Maybe. Grant's been out there scrapping his whole life, man.

Mike DeHaan: [25:03] It's true. I said, I think Grant's one of my favorites.

Dan Austin: [25:05] Go the whole way.

Alex Braich: [25:05] We got Grant on this one too. Yeah. I think so. Alright.

Mike DeHaan: [25:08] Brandon Turner and Ryan Pineda. Whose god is right now, Dan?

Dan Austin: [25:12] Oh, that's tough.

Mike DeHaan: [25:13] That's that's that's such a core part of their platforms. It is. You have to decide who had the right one.

Dan Austin: [25:18] Well, I think in this case, I don't know what Ryan Pineda's wife looks like, but we need to look at their spouses. Let me see. Why? I'll tell you why. Because it'll tell you a lot about them as a person. Yeah. Let's see here. Okay. I've got some pictures here. I'm scanning the spouse. She looks soft. Brandon Turner for sure. Why? Yeah. Brandon Turner's wife looks like she's tough.

Mike DeHaan: [25:40] Brandon Turner's wife? Yeah. K. But look

Dan Austin: [25:43] at Brandon Turner's wife. Look. She looks if you look her up

Mike DeHaan: [25:45] No. I've I've seen her.

Dan Austin: [25:46] Yeah. If you look at Ryan Pineda's wife, nothing against her, but she seems like a softy. Where Brandon Turner has you know, it's like steel sharpening steel. When you have a spouse that is, like, hard and tough, it she's gonna make you hard and tough.

Mike DeHaan: [25:58] I think that's just because she's not eating as all of their stuff is going to hell.

Dan Austin: [26:02] Maybe. But that makes her scrappy, dude.

Mike DeHaan: [26:04] I guess. You know?

Alex Braich: [26:05] Yeah. I'm going Brandon Turner on this one because my reasoning for Ryan Pineda on the last one was he's just gotta go full balls out. But if he knows if Brandon knows jiu jitsu, he's getting him tired first. And then Brandon's taking him out with something.

Mike DeHaan: [26:19] I think Brandon is an underrated person for his survivability, so I agree with Brandon Turner.

Dan Austin: [26:24] Yeah. Tell me that beard will go a long way. And he's probably could jog.

Mike DeHaan: [26:28] Jog. Jog laps around the small island. Alright. Dan Austin and Brent Daniels.

Dan Austin: [26:35] That's a tough one, man. Go, Dan Austin.

Mike DeHaan: [26:38] I think Brent Daniels was like a collegiate wrestler or something, dude. I feel like you guys would have like a heck of a time.

Dan Austin: [26:43] Let me look this up. Okay. So here's the thing. I would agree. If he's a collegiate wrestler, he's gonna beat me at wrestling. But at fighting? I don't know. Brent Daniels wrestling. Let's see.

Alex Braich: [26:55] He looks like a wrestler, actually.

Dan Austin: [26:58] He does look like a wrestler. There is a Brad Daniels that's a pro wrestler. I don't know how to look this up, but

Mike DeHaan: [27:03] Yeah. I mean, like probably some of these gurus, they don't have like enough like random stuff out there about them.

Dan Austin: [27:08] Here here's the thing you have to you've got to remember. Once you've crossed the line, you can always cross the line again. If he's never crossed the line, he's not gonna cross the line.

Mike DeHaan: [27:16] It's true. But, I mean, he just crossed the line with Jerry Norton. In fact, he's fresh, dude. He's got he's got bloodlust right now. Like, you're tired. You you you just killed an old man.

Dan Austin: [27:28] Yeah. That's true.

Mike DeHaan: [27:29] He had to earn his stripes against Jerry.

Dan Austin: [27:31] Yeah. Robert Kiyosaki didn't have any meat on his bones to eat.

Mike DeHaan: [27:34] No way. So you're starving. I'm kinda tired here. In fact, you just, like, showed up. He just kinda, like, keeled over. Didn't do anything.

Dan Austin: [27:40] I wanna fight Brandon because I want that matchup. So I've got a little bit more in me. Oh. Alright. That's a good matchup.

Mike DeHaan: [27:47] I'll see that. I'll see that. You know that your rival is in the next game, and so you gotta you're gonna be extra motivated. Perfect. Cole Rudd Johnson and Grant Cardone. These are kinda shitty matchups, dude.

Dan Austin: [27:57] Why? Cole Rudd Johnson's, how tall is he? Six some six foot? He's tall. He's probably

Mike DeHaan: [28:02] six six five, six six.

Dan Austin: [28:03] Grant Cardone's five nine. Brandon Turner's six six.

Mike DeHaan: [28:07] We're basically have NBA March Madness, and then you're the, like, the mid major white boy that ruins it for everybody that shows up and shoots like, Wichita State. Yeah. Shoots eight for nine from three. Yep. Set a record against, you know, the number one seed for some reason, and then you bomb the next game.

Dan Austin: [28:22] Yep. Yep. Yeah. I'm gonna ruin a one seed's life right now, dude.

Mike DeHaan: [28:27] So Cole Rae Johnson, Grant Cardone, what do you guys think? I think they're both so Cole's younger. Grant's the scrappy survivor. I think at the end of the day, at this point, they're kinda tired. They've had two two big events on the island. I feel like the wisdom will eventually be what wins here. Think it's great. He's been in it for longer. Cole's a young guy. Cole's like 27. He doesn't actually know what longevity means yet when it comes to struggle.

Alex Braich: [28:53] That's true. Cole's only killed two people in this so far. Grant's done many times over.

Dan Austin: [28:58] Yeah. Also, Grant hangs out with, Donald Trump's son, Don Junior's. I'm just saying it's highly likely that he would be on the Epstein list, and I'm not laughing about that like

Mike DeHaan: [29:08] Oh, Grant Cardone? I'm guaranteeing you that he is. He's redacted because him and Trump are homeboys. Damn. Absolutely, he's on the list.

Dan Austin: [29:15] He's he's permanently sealed in the files.

Mike DeHaan: [29:18] Yeah. Going, Graham then. I'm going, Graham. Sorry, Cole. Alright. Brandon Turner and Dan Austin.

Dan Austin: [29:24] Oh. I'm just gonna withdraw at this point.

Mike DeHaan: [29:28] Brandon's god is definitely gonna be yours.

Dan Austin: [29:31] I'm just trying to think of what I would do.

Mike DeHaan: [29:32] You would just be going straight for, like, the beard pole to the ground. Then you're taking the rear mount. You're winning for sure.

Dan Austin: [29:38] All I wanna know is, are you going to send this bracket to all of these gurus at the end of this so they know where they fall?

Mike DeHaan: [29:44] Probably should. Yeah. Just like with no context, just send it so they don't know that it was about the fight to the death.

Alex Braich: [29:49] Like, who the hell is Dan Austin?

Mike DeHaan: [29:52] I'm gonna get a bumpy followers for sure. I'm gonna

Dan Austin: [29:55] get at least, like, 16 more. Okay. I'll just tell you my game plan. You guys can pick.

Alex Braich: [30:01] Let's hear it.

Dan Austin: [30:02] So I'm gonna I'm gonna hide in the top of a tree when he's walking around. I'm gonna pink panther his ass, jump down on top of him, rear naked choke. He'll fall over. Right? Because he's tall. I got him.

Mike DeHaan: [30:14] Done. Yeah. But the problem is he knows how to defend a rear naked choke. He does jujitsu, Dan.

Dan Austin: [30:18] But when you're coming down like a like a pink panther dropping on him, he can't do shit, dude.

Mike DeHaan: [30:23] I'm gonna pounce on him. I would like to see you jump out of a tree, period. I think you would break both ankles on impact.

Dan Austin: [30:28] He's just like, woah. What the fuck?

Alex Braich: [30:31] He touches you with a beard. What are you doing up there, dude?

Mike DeHaan: [30:35] Yeah. No way. No way.

Dan Austin: [30:36] I don't even know I could climb up a tree anymore.

Mike DeHaan: [30:38] Yeah. You know, you could if it was the right kind of tree. But like a tropical tree, I don't know.

Dan Austin: [30:43] Those are hard. But I could. I would take my shirt off, and I would like do the like, you know, you see those guys going to get coconuts, and they use their their shirt. That's what I would do. Or they'll like tape wrap it around their feet, and then they can just climb up, and they've got their arms holding it. That's what I would do. If you say I would lose, I'm gonna come to your house and break your front window out.

Mike DeHaan: [31:00] No. I I feel like you would win in general just because of how big he is. Like, he's not gonna be able to be cozy out in the woods when you're waiting him out. You know, he's not gonna be able to sneak around. You're gonna be able to actually survive out there a little bit better. And then you're also an opportunist. You'll just wait for him to go to sleep, and then you'll get him.

Dan Austin: [31:19] Yeah. I'll get him when he's sleeping on his belly. His belly. His tummy. Thank you.

Alex Braich: [31:25] I think you know what

Mike DeHaan: [31:26] would be to grab him by the beard and wrap that around him. Forget the rear naked chair.

Dan Austin: [31:30] Mhmm. Yeah.

Mike DeHaan: [31:31] There you

Dan Austin: [31:32] go. There you go.

Mike DeHaan: [31:33] Alright. Championship. Grant Cardone, Dan Austin. Same size. Same size.

Dan Austin: [31:38] Same size. Some weight on him, though. I've got some weight on him.

Mike DeHaan: [31:40] You do. But he's got that wisdom, and he's got that just, like, pure just

Alex Braich: [31:45] He's got that dog in him.

Mike DeHaan: [31:46] Complete Yeah. Complete wreck complete reckless abandonment of any kind of, like, anything. Right? He doesn't give a shit.

Dan Austin: [31:55] Yeah.

Mike DeHaan: [31:56] He'll steal from old people, young people, poor people. No ethics.

Dan Austin: [32:01] Yeah. He doesn't have any ethics.

Mike DeHaan: [32:04] Or you do. I think that would be ultimately be your downfall here, Dan. I'd kill him softly. Yeah. See, problem is is like you get there, you've done three matches that have all been the same. You know exactly what to expect. He's cheating on this one. You're gonna land in the second that you do, the helicopter's coming in with all of his homies, and they're just gonna fucking smoke you.

Dan Austin: [32:22] So let me ask you this. This wasn't really clear at the beginning.

Mike DeHaan: [32:25] Are all

Dan Austin: [32:26] 16 of us on the island at the same time?

Mike DeHaan: [32:28] No. No. Basically, like like, it's it's winter comes off, and then he takes a break, and then comes back on.

Dan Austin: [32:34] Okay. So the winters just get dropped in this island. They

Mike DeHaan: [32:37] Yeah. What do

Dan Austin: [32:38] they call that? Spawn onto the island?

Mike DeHaan: [32:40] Yeah. So you're like walking around and there's like investor girl, like, body out there.

Dan Austin: [32:43] She's just she's freaking dead.

Alex Braich: [32:46] So what I'm thinking on this one. So Dan just took on Brandon Turner.

Dan Austin: [32:49] Yeah.

Alex Braich: [32:50] Right? So if their bodies are still there, Dan's taken Brandon's long ass limbs and adding some reach there. Right? Mhmm. You know? Grant's not gonna get close enough.

Mike DeHaan: [33:01] Yeah. Maybe. I've got an arm to hit him with. I know. Well, like, how how fucking grim are we gonna get here?

Alex Braich: [33:06] Use the beard as as a, like, heart, wrap kind of thing so you can't get stabbed there.

Mike DeHaan: [33:11] Yeah. You know? Mhmm. You're gonna use the limbs and the beard to create a net to catch birds. Oh, man. Yeah. We're hitting the other weeds here. It's $50.50. Might be a coin a coin flip here.

Dan Austin: [33:24] Yeah. Can we do a roll of the dice on this one?

Mike DeHaan: [33:26] I got my GoBundance official coin. This is a GoBundance coin. My member coin.

Dan Austin: [33:32] Oh, man. I don't got a member coin. What the hell?

Mike DeHaan: [33:34] So we got the arrow. That's heads. And then the back with a bunch of words is tails. I'm gonna flip it. Dan, you want heads or tails?

Dan Austin: [33:42] Heads is dead. Tails never fails. Alright. We're going for tails.

Mike DeHaan: [33:46] Heads. What? That looks like the same thing on the back. That's the heads. Oh, okay. The the other side is this.

Dan Austin: [33:52] So that means that means Grant loses and I win?

Mike DeHaan: [33:55] No. It means that Grant beat you. Sorry.

Dan Austin: [33:58] Well

Mike DeHaan: [33:58] At the end of the day, he is luckier than you. I mean, just look at his whole lifestyle.

Dan Austin: [34:02] He is a better guru

Mike DeHaan: [34:03] than me.

Dan Austin: [34:04] For sure. By far.

Mike DeHaan: [34:06] So, well, there we have it. Grant is the ultimate survivor against all these other dummies.

Dan Austin: [34:10] Okay. So do I get anything for second place? Come on.

Mike DeHaan: [34:13] You're part of the snowflake generation, Dan. You know there's no prizes for second place.

Dan Austin: [34:17] I'm like my son. I'm like, go clean up your mess. And he comes back to me. He's like, do I get money? Like, not money? It's your mess, not my mess. Do I get something?

Mike DeHaan: [34:27] So there you go. Real estate guru March Madness. Grant Cardone, the ultimate champion, Dan with a close second, and then Brandon Turner and Cole Rudd Johnson rounding out the top four

Dan Austin: [34:39] as honorable mentions.

Mike DeHaan: [34:41] It's honorable mentions. It's funny. When I was putting this together, I used, like, ChatGPT to put build out the little bracket. And then I was like, just give me some ideas for gurus. I realized how many freaking gurus are out there that are huge that I have never heard of before.

Dan Austin: [34:57] Really?

Mike DeHaan: [34:57] Oh, yeah. I just wanna do something like these people have like three and a half million followers. I'm like, who is that? Never once heard of them.

Dan Austin: [35:03] Never heard of them.

Alex Braich: [35:04] Plot twist. If we put Mike instead of Dan in there, where do you think this would have gone? Oh.

Dan Austin: [35:11] So Mike's bigger. You would have got a higher seed.

Alex Braich: [35:13] Oh, good point.

Mike DeHaan: [35:14] That's true. I would have been a three. I probably self identified as a three seed. Yeah. Over a four seed. Okay. Okay. Let's go back. Let's run this through. Maybe he fights David Green.

Dan Austin: [35:27] I got Mike all day on on David Green.

Alex Braich: [35:29] He's I

Dan Austin: [35:30] got Mike all day on David Green.

Mike DeHaan: [35:31] Yep. Yeah. It's David Green. I'd definitely beat Pace. I think I would lose to Grant as well. I think if I was in your four seat, bet I would've lost to Brent Daniels. He would've swerved the leg. Yeah. Maybe. I don't know. I also think that I'm just more stubborn in people. It's hard to say.

Dan Austin: [35:47] Yeah. But you could have taken a whole another approach. Wouldn't have had to fight necessarily. Maybe you could have just been crafty and gone out there and, like, picked up coconuts and shit and

Mike DeHaan: [35:53] hid. It's true. I mean, come on. Have you ever done something? I'm not that patient.

Dan Austin: [35:57] Actually, would lose right away because you'd be like, this sucks. I don't wanna be out here anymore. Totally. I'd get cold. You're like, we're camping?

Mike DeHaan: [36:05] Yeah. I don't I don't camp. Camping? Yeah. I'm I'm being voluntarily homeless. Yeah.

Dan Austin: [36:09] No. Not at all.

Mike DeHaan: [36:10] See you guys. Like, I'm very, like, pro, like, the anti camping bills they put in cities just because I hate camping. Yeah. Yeah. Like, has nothing to do about the homeless population.

Dan Austin: [36:20] Yeah. I don't actually mind homeless people. I just fucking think camping sucks.

Mike DeHaan: [36:23] I know. The homeless people are fine. I just think I think camping is dumb. It's just a principled matter. Yeah. It's so true.

Dan Austin: [36:29] I mean, it kind of is dumb.

Mike DeHaan: [36:31] Yeah. So cool. Alright then.

Dan Austin: [36:33] Wow. Glad I came today. I I would have rather put money in the no show bucket here. Just, Dylan, when you listen to this next week, you do owe Mike and I a thousand dollars for your three in a row no shows.

Mike DeHaan: [36:46] I did think about putting, Dylan in there instead of you. You should've. Oh, wow. I feel like we couldn't do that if he can't be here to defend himself. Woah. Woah. Woah. Oh, yeah. Let me see

Dan Austin: [36:54] this. How many followers does Dylan have? Let's pull him up on, Instagram.

Mike DeHaan: [36:58] Probably more than you. Probably.

Dan Austin: [36:59] He's a friendly guy. It's

Mike DeHaan: [37:01] true. And he actually like knows people.

Dan Austin: [37:03] His handle could be a little bit better. Oh, okay. So he's got twelve eighteen. How many do I have? Let me look myself up here.

Mike DeHaan: [37:08] Oh, you're probably close. Think you're like 1,100 or something. No. 1165.

Dan Austin: [37:13] Alright. What's the over under on this? Where how do I find my followers? Oh, I gotta go to my profile. See, that's why I'm not a good rue.

Mike DeHaan: [37:18] See, this is how, you know, he's good at social media. Oh, dude. I'm thirteen eighty, dawg. Oh, man. You edged him out.

Dan Austin: [37:24] I'm way bigger than Dill Pill. He would have been he would have had to play in for

Mike DeHaan: [37:27] this one. Oh, man.

Alex Braich: [37:28] That's

Mike DeHaan: [37:28] true. I thought about doing that too, like a play in where we had, like, you and me as, like, the play ins. The play ins? Yeah.

Dan Austin: [37:36] Oh, man. I'm gonna just start posting every single day now, and I'm gonna become a 1,400 follower guru. If you're out there and you don't follow me, I need 20 more to get to 1,400. And if I get to 1,400, who knows what'll happen next? I might start posting.

Alex Braich: [37:51] About to get unfollowed.

Mike DeHaan: [37:53] You don't even know following.

Alex Braich: [37:54] Bunch of people unfollowing now.

Mike DeHaan: [37:55] Unfollowed. Like, this guy sucks. Cool. Alright, guys. Been checking out today. Hopefully, that was a fun little change or was stupid. I don't know. I had fun.
