Mike DeHaan
Mike DeHaan started Collecting Keys in 2021 with his business partner Dan Austin to share what it actually takes to buy real estate at volume: the marketing, the deals that went sideways, and the systems behind a real estate business. Together they built and ran a seven-figure homebuying company. Today Mike and Dan co-own Sir Lends A Lot LLC, dba SLA Capital, which makes fix-and-flip, bridge and DSCR rental loans to real estate investors, and Mike still invests in rentals, flips and creative-finance deals.
