One of the many benefits of being a real estate investor is not just financial freedom, but the freedom to travel and live your life without the restrictions of a W2 job. But there are a few things to consider before you book a vacation overseas and let your business stand on its own. Business owners don’t truly get time off — they can’t just put in for two weeks’ vacation and leave their work in the office. It’s not always easy, but Mike has been away for a month at a time and was able to enjoy his trip while also being available to Dan and their employees.
