On today’s Friday Focus quick episode, our host Mike DeHaan reflects on what it means to be truly happy. 

Our society focuses so much on material and monetary gain as a means to happiness. However, as Mike and his wife travel through Zimbabwe, a country whose economy has plummeted, where the so-called “dream” is so out of reach, he found that the people of Zimbabwe exude a type of happiness and joy he hasn’t seen anywhere else.

Experiencing this, Mike reflects on how we should view happiness and how grateful we should be for what we have, where anything above that is a bonus.
