In this case study episode, Dylan shares the story of a single-family home deal he did using a direct mail lead. The seller was an absentee owner who had not been to the property in years and had squatters living inside. Dylan negotiated a contract for $20,000 and filed for eviction to remove the squatters. On the day of the eviction, a large pig (yes, you read that right!) was discovered in the house, adding an unexpected twist to the deal.
